Information you provide
The audit form collects your name, work email, phone number, company name, website, budget range, previous advertising experience and industry. It records a request reference, submission time, and the time and version of your contact consent. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or passwords.
Why we use it
We use these details to review your audit request, contact you by email or phone about that request, discuss a proposal and manage any resulting relationship. The form asks for your consent to this contact and processing. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise unrelated promotional messages. Where applicable, processing may also be necessary to take requested steps before a contract, perform a contract or meet a legal obligation.
Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, links and progress through the audit form, including validation and delivery outcomes. Analytics does not receive your form answers, name, email address or phone number. You can manage Analytics cookies through your browser settings.
Technical information
The website infrastructure processes technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the site. The enquiry endpoint uses an hourly-changing hash derived from the IP address for rate limiting. It does not store the raw IP address in the enquiry record. Expired rate-limit records are cleared when a subsequent accepted enquiry is processed.
Who may receive information
Access is limited to people handling your request and providers supporting website hosting, storage and business communications. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. The BlueAds team includes specialists in Romania, so handling a Dubai enquiry may involve access from Romania. Our communication providers and infrastructure may process information outside the UAE. Contact us for details about the recipients and transfer arrangements applicable to your request.
External media
External media is available without a separate permissions prompt. YouTube interviews and reference videos load when you choose to play them. The OpenStreetMap embed loads as you approach the map. Loading a provider’s content sends technical information to that provider and may allow its cookies or similar technologies. Providers apply their own privacy policies. Storage and retention
Audit records are stored in the website’s enquiry database. Retention depends on whether the enquiry remains active, becomes a client relationship, or must be kept for applicable recordkeeping obligations or the establishment or defence of a legal claim. Records should not be retained after those purposes cease. You may ask us to erase information that is no longer needed. No fixed automatic deletion schedule is currently applied to audit records.
